I slept in today (until 5:15) on purpose. Took the extra hour of sleep. Bis/Abs can happen on Saturday with my last run of the week.
Tonight I'm going out with friends to Karaoke and celebrate my birthday. whoo hoo! I'll post photos ;)
You deserve a break...you can exercise your vocal cords tonight..Have fun...
