Shawn you can do anything you put your mind to. You just need to be strong, and not let certain things get you down, or cause a barrier effect.
One thing I do for cardio, is something called Boxercise. I enjoy that as it's like circuit with boxing in it, and for woman, a great way to develop self defense skills, as the moves aren't fiddly, and many people can pick stuff up within 1 session.
Yes, if you want to write a book of some kind, you certainly can count on feedback, I'd certainly support anything you wanted to do with your life, as it's your life, and your blog, and you matter most here, so ask away :-).
Keep up the hard work, and don't worry about stuff. You'll keep getting the results you want, just keep your chin up, and keep working hard.
