Yeah I'm still moving - slowly
I've been careful, really I have, and yet today I'm just a bit more then sore. Legs back etc are all telling me that I'm doing stuff I haven't done in a LONG time. Luckily(?) I've been through this before so I know what to expect and I know it'll go away. I can still stand, walk and do all the imporant things so I guess my 'go slowly' program wan't all in vain! :) What's surprised me the most, I guess is how sore my 'core' musles are (abs, back etc). Guess I had gotten a lot further out of shape then even I wanted to admit. Time to put a stop to that!
