Feeling MUCH better today. No dizzyness.
I almost wonder if yesterday wasn't caused by some sort of 'lack of sleep' or something because today it feels just about like nothing was wrong.
Of course that's probably the alergy aspect of it.
Still - just to be safe I slept in and didn't plan any workouts. I am however back at work. Not that that's anything to celebrate :P
BUT food should be no problem. Hope everyone has a GREAT day.
Sounds like you and I had similar problems! Glad you're feeling better, and I understand about not pushing it and possibly making something worse.

Pity you didn't feel like hitting the gym today Shawn, but it's completely understandable, and it doesn't make you weak, or show any flaws in your mentality.

I'm glad you're starting to feel better. It's tough when your body says "slow down" but your mind says "go, go, go!" That happens to me when I'm sick and I find it really hard to sit still for long!
