I got my last training run for the week done! yay! 1.5 miles in 19:09 minutes. I'm getting better.
the miles go up this week so it may be a little harder to keep the pace, but I'm sure going to try.
The good news is, I've given myself enough time, and I've planned my training in such a way that I'll be repeating this mileage in about four weeks. We'll see how far I've come at that point.
Have to finish bi's today. I relaxed a little too much this weekend - only excersize not food. so now I'm left doing it all at the last minute.
but I'm getting it done!

ReplyDeleteYOU CAN DO IT. You have the ability, and you almost always appear to out perform your own predicitions, so I have high hopes for you.
GOOD LUCK. I just know you're going to succeed, and if the remotest possiblity occurs that you don't, you should still feel very proud of yourself whatever the outcome of this :-).
