A Conversation with Me

"There will be setbacks"

Yes, there will be. I'll have to accept that and deal with it. What's important is not not use a setbeack as en excuse to quit.

"You may not succeed"

Perhaps. But I won't know that until I try. Really try - not half assing my way through life.

"People will reject you"

I can't fix other people people's fear and insecurities, only my own. If others reject me because of my success - then that's probably a sign that I'm doing something right, not wrong!

"You'll be a failure"

I may fail, but I am not a failure. And the only way to truely fail is to stop 'doing'.

"Are you really worth it and capable of it?"

YES!!! I am worth it. and I am capable. All that's required is for me to DO IT.

After the first of the year, the goal is 5 lbs every 3 weeks.
