Hi NOBS women! Long time no talk
I could use some ideas/help from the tribe.
I have narrowed down one of my patterns for overeating/over drinking is I eat when I’m restless. It’s a fidget…energy release. (It the HD in ADHD) I’ve found alternatives when I’m sitting and watching tv. But I’m looking for ways I can manage my restlessness when I’m out to dinner, at the bar and/or with friends.
So, anyone got any ideas of things I could do with my restless hands other then put food and drink into my mouth that won’t seem like I’m not paying attention to others at the table?
