When I set myself that challenge of second gusessing your progress."I think by this time next year you will be about 170lb's, with almost 25lb's of muscle gain in 2 years, and 31% bf."The bf%, must b epretty close, and the weight is definitely a tick in the box. I did allow myself a margin of error, 6lb's either way, but clearly didn't need it.I did say then, you wouldn't be trying to live up to my estimations, and you were right not to base your results, on such or similar statistical predictions, but it's interesting to see what you did in relation to what I forecast :-).All I want to say now is WELL DONE. I could write a massive thing about what you've done, though I mostly did it, last time.Oh before I forget, HAPPY BELATED. Checking those stats reminded me you hit 38 on the 4th. Hope you had a brilliant day misses, and lots and lots of luck to you, for the coming 12 months.I hope everything works out for you, YOU ARE FANTASTIC.Peter is a very lucky and rich man.
