I actually had a great week in Chicago -- then came home and blew my progress over the weekend. So 1 step forward .5 a step back. But I'm still headed in the right direction.
The focus on making weightloss easy while traveling has paid off - so now I can work on the other opportunity for success in my life - the weekends! So, this week every night I'm going to be spending some time writing about my intent to making weightloss easy this upcoming weekend.
