Wow - sometimes new thoughts CAN be automatic.
C: saw an off plan food
Feast Beast: ooo we want that
T: yeah, that sounds good. Too bad we didn’t think to put it on the plan today... we’ll have to put that in tomorrow.
F: mildly wistful for but dismissive of the food
Then I stopped and thought. Wait...did that just happen!? I just dismissed an urge on autopilot!!
F: strong, determined, proud, validated
I’ve been practicing that thought for a while now (like since April...). And having it pop into my head like that was so amazing!!
I mean - it’s almost like this stuff works!
