Dear newbies... in case you didn’t know it already... weight loss isn’t linear. Nor does it always reflect your level of effort. And it certainly doesn’t indicate how ‘good or bad’ you’ve been. In truth the food you eat doesn’t determine if your good or bad... but that’s a post for another day.
This is just a reminder that weight loss doesn’t happen in a straight line. And what matters it that you keep focused on your goal, work on being consistent, and always be open to figuring it out. Two steps forward and one back is still a step forward. You’ll get there and learn some amazing things along the way while you’re at it.
