Things have been going ok.  I'm losing some weight and a few inches.  I'm feeling better physically and more importantly mentally.  Gone is the deprive and binge cycle.  I'm feel good, in conttrol and like I'm eating in a style I could keep up for the rest of my life.  My coach did call me out on the fact that I haven't been eating vegetables of late, so I've got a goal of eating veggies with at least one meal a day.

The change I'm making this week is to add (at least) 2 30 minute walking into my week.  I'm hopping to start having my sites set on actually doing one of the 10K's I've signed up for this year.  I've missed out on much too much.  I feel so GOOD when I'm regularly training and I want those great feelings back again.
