Afternoon – not much to report today. I woke up and was half way across the room this morning when I noticed the room was spinning and I need to grab onto something or fall over. I tried to ignore it but it was still there after getting dressed. I finally acknowledged that I was in not shape to drive so I went back to bed. I finally got up at 10:30. I'm not dizzy anymore but my nose is congested and my ears hurt. BAH! I'll be popping some Vit C for the rest of the day and probably taking some decongestants.

I should have realized last night when I got home and I wasn't hungry that something 'wasn't right'. That never happens to me.

Anyway – having no problem sticking to a food plan today. Just won't get a workout in probably.

  1. sorry you're sick. The last cold I had, I dosed up on vitamin c and ate chicken noodle soup. I know it's an old wive's tale, but it sure did work for me!

  3. sorry the 'bug' gottcha... that 's no fun at alll!... let the body rest girl... don't jump back at it all in rush .. falling down is NOT a good thing at the gym! ;)

    Congrats about getting the food plan sorted, as often feeling unwell can affect the appetite.

    Even where you're below par, you still pull something out of the bag.

    Misses, you are just one heck of a special human being.

    You still deserve to feel very, very proud of yourself.

    GOOD ON YOU, and here's to a speedy recovery, and back to nailing those solid, awesome workouts.
