I just HAD to share!
Nicole Weeks posted some new photos in her blog on body blog.

Go Here and scroll down. I mean I AM a chick and all, but is this woman SMOKING or what? We have similar body types (believe it or not) and everytime I see her photos it gives me hope that even a girl like me who puts on muscle like there's no tomorrow can look sleek and sexy and VERY much WOMAN.

Roar! ;)

  2. Shawn you have the ability to look however you want to look.

You can have as much muscularity, athleticism and sleekness as you want.

You may not feel that strongly about this yet, because it is still early days, but you can.

The only thing I noticed about the pictures was the implants. Not trying to start a heady debate at all, but it is a sad indictment that a lot of competitors are in the belief, they have to have them, or that it's becoming a requirement.

No female athlete needs implants, and I am not aware of it being a requirement.

That being said, she has obviously worked hard to get her body the way it is, no denying that, and you can look like that Shawn.

I personally believe you can be what you said you wanted to be, and I don't need photos to believe that :-).

I have seen your lifting stats, and what you currently look like, and yes, you can look sleek and like woman.

You're doing brilliantly Shawn. You definitely have vibrant looks, with a nice blend of maturity and youth, there is no question of that, and it won't be long before you have the body to match, and you feel the way you want to feel :-).

I reckon it could eventually become the case, that Nicole Weeks will be jealous of you ha ha ;-).

  4. Matt,

I must say, I agree with you. It's too bad about the implants. But to each her own.

    Thanks again for your support.

    Troy - It's all about doing! :)
