Not much to update fitness wise. I'm doing better today then the past two but still pretty sick. I'm back at work at least but just walking from the ferry to work took all the energy I had so I doubt a workout is in my future.

The good news is I tummy doesn't like all this drainage so I haven't felt like eating - Trying to eat clean anyway...

  1. I'm sorry you still feel so ropey.

    What you could do though, is just something like 20 minutes of regular Exercise Bike work, at something sedate like 15mph, or maybe do a workout, but only do one set on everything.

    At least that way, you might only be working out for say 20 minutes, but you would be doing something, so that would just help in the interim, until you felt better to tackle your usual.

    I find when I'm feeling a bit like that, I try to do as much as I can, and usually at least the increase in core temperature seems to alieviate the symptoms temporarily, and don't suffer from that "should have, could have" feeling, or possibly some guilt, I might get if I did nothing at all.

    Anyway, you know how you feel inside yourself, so whatever you decide to do regards the next few days, be strong, keep smiling, and still feel very proud of all your current achievements.

  6. Don't feel terrible about the BFL stuff. I'm still reeling from my now 2 + week bout with this crap and I've been to the gym twice and eaten about 50% clean. I'm hoping to get back in tommorow but if I'm still feeling like crap I'm having my doubts...If not I'm going to work on eating cleaner which probably means lots of protein shakes and fat free soups lol!!
